I think we are WAAAY past this one in 100yr or 500yr event bullshit. Every year it gets worse. We're only 30km on the west of Melbourne and there's a 1 in 100 year storm overflow containment depression down the end of our street 200m away. It's been completely over flooded about 5 times since 2002.
