    "text": "I'm not sure that counts as techno optimism, just that we have so many other sun-facing surfaces to generate energy from, it's going to be cheaper to incorporate them into new builds. The challenge is more to upgrade the grid so it can make use of them; and/or make more use of the energy locally.",
