Many US coastal cities have combined sewer systems that overflow after heavy rain, sending raw sewage into nearby waters. Challenges like this are about to get worse with the recent San Francisco v. EPA #SCOTUS decision undermining the Clean Water Act and eroding the EPA’s ability to enforce it.
