ICE should have a new name, reflecting agents' refusal to identify themselves or wear uniforms & masking their faces when kidna—I mean, making arrests. I'd suggest Secret State Police if only it had a shortened version that rolled off the tongue, to replace the mellifluous "ICE" acronym. If only.
