Experimental browser for the Atmosphere
I’ve read 3 articles/studies that say 10,000 steps is no better than 5-6,000. So for 30 days I’m going to start my day with a 5k step walk and see how I feel. I lost 4 lb from my “no oil” month but it’s creeping back into my diet. Not sorry, salad dressing without oil is a horror show. 😱
