    "text": "The EU legislator chose to mostly maintain limited liability for online marketplaces as well but did introduce requirements to conduct certain checks (see DSA and GPSR) so perhaps wouldn't be too keen on this (and could've already done it in the DSA). Maybe with the forthcoming Advertising Act?",
