    "text": "The rescission to IRA $$$ is true and bad, no doubt. It's a bad bill! But, the cuts that DOGE / Trump are potentially directing seem to go well beyond that, and would effectively be a unilateral cut to \"base\" funding. My point is simply: those impoundments remain illegal.",
