Bottom line: Republicans are hell bent on lowering taxes for the wealthy. And the issue is not whether they are going to cut Medicaid to do it…only how much they are going to cut it to accomplish their most important goal. Medicaid cuts to fund tax cuts for wealthy are going to happen.
