    "text": "I grew up in that area - the school bus sometimes went through Kempston Hardwick and past the six chimneys of the brickworks. There are lakes on the site, created when the clay was dug out to make bricks. It's close to the M1. It'll have plenty of indoor attractions. Should do well.",
