We were cooking dinner, and my quebecois spouse put cheese curds in the sundubu jjigae. I said that this was outrageous. That this was not poutine. Later I discovered that cheese curds are stunningly good in sundubu jjigae. And once again, I'm reminded that I must never doubt her culinary acumen.
