The ACC story should be front page news. It’s the same methodology as pay equity, the same spectrum of misogyny that inspired it, and the same “savings” rhetoric. If this occurs the impacts will be widespread and cause unacceptable harm - much like pay equity. Erosion happens slow, then all at once.
