    "text": "Had this problem too. What worked for me was defining my favorite 10 meal and just putting them in a rotation. That way every meal is what I love & I never eat the same thing twice in ten days ( unless I want to lol). \n\n....and yes, eating out is part of the rotation 😊😊\n\nGood luck!",
