The conversation (and criticism) around the book looks at it as being about zoning reforms & deregulation. But that's a narrow read, IMO. It's really about about removing the bottlenecks in policy implementation - an argument @pahlkadot.bsky.social & @yappelbaum.bsky.social have also made (3/5)
