Yes there is a lot of granularity and sometimes the naming doesn't make sense conceptually! E.g. to control a particle system motion you need to use a ParticleProcessMaterial. "Material" means something specific in Godot (+computer graphics) but to most ppl it is the "skin on the 3d model"
