I'm surely opening myself up to 10000000 million people arguing about the Kármán Line, but I'm going to say that an expensive tourist trip in a rocket that goes no further than an extremely fuzzy and ill-defined suborbital boundary between atmosphere and vacuum still doesn't count, sorry
