    "text": "I observed a workshop at one of my sites that taught a nice way to avoid a hug: When someone comes towards you w/outstretched arms, you take their hands & bring their arms down in an outward circle so that you're holding hands briefly in the middle & that's the whole greeting. Hug averted!",
