SD has ~ 110 more sunny days than PDX. Portland gets 5-6 months of dry comfortable sunny weather, then starts raining on Halloween. From then on, it's raining or cloudy 5-7 days a week until it starts tapering off in March and breaks in May/June. I like the weather here. Beautiful today. 🌞
