The TL:DR of the ruling is that the "Single sex" exemption in the EA2010 wouldn't apply if trans people are allowed to use the spaces. "Single sex" spaces have never been required, only tolerated by the law. It's hard enough to get orgs to provide disabled spaces. 🤷
