    "text": "The strikes under Hoyoverse right now are independent to SAG-AFTRA.  Based upon the Taft-Hartley Act, it would likely be illegal for SAG-AFTRA to issue a strike against Hoyoverse, since they do not have a contract with Hoyoverse.  Hence why the VAs are independently striking.",
