    "text": "I monitored the large sunspot AR4079 this morning for 3.5 hours in h-alpha. Caught some minor flares and small filament eruptions. The small prominence in the lower right put on a short but good show. I was hoping for more excitement but a watched sunspot never explodes!  #astrophotography",
