Guardian writers campaigned against puberty-blockers because they were prescribed "off label". Now the Guardian is celebrating Ozempic, a drug being used off label for obesity. The difference...? Puberty-blockers have been used for trans kids for 30+ years, Ozempic for obesity only for 4 years.
