Westminster has three Henry VIII powers to give clarity and certainty to gender recognition: Schedule 2 of the Human Rights Act, section 23 of the Gender Recognition Act, section 14 (prospective) of the Equality Act. But they behave as though they are bound by the Supreme Court.
