This should be in the dictionary as an example of ultra pathetic. It's sad a lot of people in the US don't realize in Europe/others countries, the head of state flies commercial or on a small plane. In addition to the 747, there's a fleet of planes, C130 etc, that fly along carrying cars, cargo etc.
