Anxiety and feeling emotionally taxed go hand-in-hand. It's exhausting. If you are particularly self-critical, it can make you question your own abilities. However, you are not lesser in *any* capacity. You've shown awareness towards your own boundaries. Many people would deflect, but you didn't. 🙂
