My assumptions: 350 crew at avg of $150K a year = $52M Double that for other random expenses like food, dock fees, some amortized stuff = $100M low end Add $4/ gal * 1000 gal / hour = $35M if 365/24/7 But you also have helo, one off repairs, so I just call it $150M Plus capex type deals = $200
