    "text": "i've been worried i'd lost a bunch of weight because of the stress of my new job and not keeping up with my eating 4-5 meals a day and i felt like i got smaller but i finally weighed myself on empty this morning and.... i can proudly say i'm still 230 lbs i'm so happy 🥰",
