This part was interesting. Correct me if I’m wrong, but if there’s a glut of “luxury” units, isn’t this good? Could mean the supply of new units is outstripping demand, higher-income ppl won’t be competing as much with lower-income ppl for old units, and these buildings may have to lower rents?
