Speaker Mike Johnson on the US credit downgrade: "Moody's is not incorrect, but that emphasizes the very need for the legislation we're talking about -- historic spending cuts." (Part of Moody's concern is in fact the reconciliation bill, which is projected to add trillions to US debt)
