Experimental browser for the Atmosphere
To me the QFT seemed *not at all* local. I used it in contexts where the qubits were *digits of a number*, with the low bits of very different significance than the top bits. But it's local on average, so I can loop the top to attach to the bottom and the the middle (mostly) wouldn't care...?? Wild.
