          "alt": "Taking the first half as a mostly stock adventure game only to ease you into finding and stockpiling the manual pages to eventually discovering, oh wait, there's WAY more to the manual than initially appears...that's pretty ingenious!! Especially since once you're able to find out what the holy cross really means and that there's an alternate route to finish the game, you already have video game familiarity with the world. That can't be done with just a simple puzzle game - the construct of an actual video game on top of these puzzles adds just that much more mystique, along with the made up alphabet that most of the game's text is in. Even though I was just watching for most of this game, I got to contribute a few pattern seeking hints that made things click for my boyfriend, so really, it's like we were both playing...surely!! \nReally cool game because of all that, and on top of that, the cute protagonist and art style? It's not hard to see why this game is still in the conversation sometimes when it comes to indie games that have managed to stand out. ",
