"TMT data from Astral’s high-resolution MS2 offer better precision but suffer from ratio compression, while label-free DIA provides greater accuracy" Whats the point of having precision when there is ratio compression?? 🤔🤔 If all you have got is an Astral, why insist on doing TMT?? Do DIA instead.
