After 45 days in jail, Mahendra Patel has finally been granted bond. Accused of attempted kidnapping at a GA Walmart, Patel was trying to help a mother and child, his attorney says. The judge ruled Patel was entitled to bond, noting he stayed at the scene & posed no flight risk.
