Having now (re)designed and twice taught the class AI, Equity, and Public Education w/ @sepehrvakil.bsky.social, my experience aligns w/ Watters' argument: that understanding "ed-tech amnesia" is vital to make sense of current AI hype in education and claims about the tech's "revolutionary" power.
