Yes, China’s Consumption contribution to GDP growth grew to ≈59% in the last 4 years compared to ≈54% in the last 10 years. If China’s GDP grows at 4% and they increase Consumptions contribution to GDP growth to 65%, it would take ≈50 years for Consumption to hit 63% of GDP (Japan’s low in ‘91)
