JFC no. Yes, he can go talk about it afterwards. And he should raise the alarm about it. But I'm talking about *talking to the feds*. You should NEVER do that WITHOUT A LAWYER even if you're not "suspect of any crime." This is horrifically bad advice. Please do not do this.
