Jon has made a significant investment in the form of these teams, and he expects a high-quality and cohesive product in return.\nAt 10 p.m. Calcutta time, I was alerted by the Chicago office that Tim – who is strictly limited to authoring \"went to the store\" posts – submitted a draft about the Knicks game in progress, which, of course, would fall under the purview of their office. Having reviewed the draft, I am sorry to conclude that not only is Tim overstepping his boundaries, he lacks any understanding of form. \"New York Knocks\" is a poor attempt at Jon's finely-tuned style of shitposting, and his inability to grasp this style is betrayed by his decision to place \"truly\" within quotation marks. It's quite possible that Tim was in fact trying to riff earnestly without any sense of self-awareness.\nFurther, his baffling decision to punctuate the post reflects a complete disregard for Jon's Bluesky style guide. \nTim is out of his depth. We have flagged this multiple times. His editor at the Vancouver desk has attempted to coach him multiple times. Posts beyond \"went to the store\" simply fall outside of his core competencies. \nI understand that Jon prefers not to interfere with edit/personnel decisions, but I believe we need to escalate matters.\nRahul",
