In reflecting on my own middling artistic and writing skills, the one thing I am proud of, and that I hope all artists can be proud of, is *authenticity*. In a society where we're told to monetize, to use AI, to find whatever shortcut is possible to be "successful", it's powerful to fuck up. 1/2
