Mom had heart attack and stroke in 2023. After 2 traumatizing years, she had open heart surgery and got out a week ago. Panic attacks every morning. Caretaker and feeling guilty writing this. No complaining. I’ml trying to deal with bipolar, ADHD/ADD, OCD, and PTSD without running away🥹
