Leg day baby! Was tired, so of course I added weight. Front squats- bar x 10, 135 x 10, 185 x6 (2), 205 x 3(1), 215 x 3 (1). Leg press 225 x 10 (3) seated hamstring curls 115-10 x 3, single leg extensions 12 x3 @ 75bs Feels good challenging myself. #gymsky #lifting #squats #fitnesssky #FDT #resist
