Asclepias variegata (Redring Milkweed) has striking blooms! Grows natively throughout our woods and along edges. Attracts bees, ants, beetles, and butterflies. Monarchs prefer Asclepias tuberosa as a larval host plant over this based on our observations. Deer do eat it. #asclepiasvariegata
