    "text": "That's the fun part, tempering doesn't change the taste typically, it does make it \"shelf stable\" so it doesn't need to be refrigerated and last longer before blooming with a better texture and sheen to it. As far as I can tell I did it fine but I'll know for sure in a few more days",
