Surely, if everyone *knew* about things like THERAC-25, if they had the time and the space to *think* about the consequences of their actions, of their role in harmful systems, we could start to move towards a better world. And to some extent, that was even true. But we misunderstood the degree to which the limiting factor was *power* rather than analysis.</p>",
