Yes! The most famous game engine is @haxeflixel.bsky.social which supports cross-platform thx to www.openfl.org. I usually make web games in WebGL (and sometimes with native Android support) using directly OpenFL. There are also other great engine like heaps.io sponsored by the creator of Haxe.
