The "Russian Tail" methodology identifies a spike in candidate support corresponding with results overwhelmingly favoring one candidate (it is not a statistical test). Couple issues: 1) They have no turnout percentage data in NV by precinct (or machine) 2) There is not spike in result or "turnout"
