    "text": "I do not recommend replacing your BP meds unless you know what you’re doing or you’re suicidal and don’t care. It can be very dangerous to replace those meds the way I did. As for the cholesterol meds, just change your diet. Statins cause diabetes. Even in people that don’t eat a lot of sugar.",
