Experimental browser for the Atmosphere
I've kept my strict, VERY strict, diet for six months now. 30g sugar, 30g carbs, 30g fat per day. that's it. ~400 calories/day. But my one thing I've relented on is coffee. I'm having about 1/2 cup a day, and it's glorious. My stomach is healed enough now that it's handling it fine (after a bit).
