Much as I'd like to find worth in 'authentic-food' narratives, I can't. This is exemplary of facile west/non-west distinction as though folks in west don't 'get' food. Accusations of racism, appropriation require better grounding than grand claims. And how does it decolonise anything? bit.ly/3EnMMtL
